What's included in content updates?
- Text: Additions, deletions, or archiving. Add breaking news or upcoming events.
- Photos: Additions, deletions, or archiving of photos, graphics, graphs and charts.
- Pages: Additions (using existing page design), deletions, or archiving.
- Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move, or delete an item).
- File downloads: Additions, deletions, or archiving of PDFs and other documents.
- Videos: Insertion, deletion, or archiving of a pre-edited video.
- Links: Additions, deletions, or archiving. Fixing broken links and website 404 errors.
- Color and background images: Changes or replacements.
What is included in the development work?
If there are no customer requests for updates, we will use this time to make improvements to the site, such as on-site SEO, UX adjustments, calls to action additions, optimize site speed, and what else we can do to keep you on top of the game. We will describe the performed work in the monthly report.
We use that time towards your update requests. If updates require more time, we will contact you to provide more information.
What if I need additional support during the month?
We will bill the additional time as a separate charge at the standard rate of $70 per hour.
I haven't signed up for any of the plans, how much will I pay for maintenance?
Rates are $125 per hour, billed in 30-minutes increments. Minimum of 1 hour.
Another web designer built my website, can I still use your service?
If your website is not running on Joomla, we can convert it. Please contact us to get started.
These plans are for Joomla! websites we built and host. However, we certainly welcome new clients who are looking for a long term relationship with Budō Creative. As long as your website is currently running on Joomla!, we can get you set up with a maintenance plan!
Are hosting, domain name, and SSL certificate included in your plan?
No, our maintenance plans do not include hosting, domain names, and SSL certificates
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel the Maintenance Services anytime 15 days before your renewal. You can request the cancelation from your dashboard account.
